At Valencia Jewelry Enterprise Incorporated, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, including all packaging and tags. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@valenciajewelry.com to obtain a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped back to us with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item.

In case of any defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
